...Motorcycle raffle this year with the donation of "Big Don'' Bongers' motorcycle.
Bongers participated in the first Motor-Icicle run 2006 as one of the original 14, said raffle chairman Al Quintel, a close friend.
Bongers died in 2007 shortly after that year's run, Quintel said. His bike is a 1997 Harley-Davidson Ultra Classic, which is a big
fully-dressed touring bike.
"This bike has custom paint, and comes complete with custom color matched 'Smitty' trailer, polished engine, upgraded stereo
system and new 'powered' speakers,'' he said.- Orland Press Register
